The rocks here are so strange! They're close to what we have at home, but with slight differences. It's almost like they're not completely made of stone, but they have something else mixed in. I've never seen anything like it--it kind of gives me the creeps.

Can anyone tell me where "Tortall" is in relation to Summersea? I mean, there must be more people here than just Alanna and myself, right? So someone must know... though I'm guessing it's across the Endless Sea.
Anyway, I've hardly found any rock here at all. There doesn't seem to be much of a variety, and I don't even have my mage kit! I'd better go exploring until I find something. |
